If you require the return of an item that is unwanted or has been ordered in error, you must advise us within 14 days of the date of receiving the item.  You must call for a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.  All such returns will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation along with your package, otherwise we will not be able to identify and correctly process the return.

If you wish to coordinate the return of an item yourself, email [email protected] and we will provide the return address. Please do not attempt to return an item without first contacting us directly, as we have various stock locations. Please ensure to obtain relevant insurance on the item, as we can only issue a credit on undamaged items. accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to products in transit where has not provided the returns service.

Items that are not faulty and ordered as bespoke or made to order items including any printed items (items with customer specific graphics) or other such non-returnable items are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstances.


Products that arrive damaged due to courier or carrier mishandling, or those items which are defective will be replaced, provided that the damage or defect is reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. 

We require photographic evidence of the damaged or defected products emailed to us at [email protected].  Our customer service team will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective product at a time separate to your re-delivery unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.


All return credits will be processed within 30 days of receiving the items to our warehouse.  To be eligible for a return credit, all items must be unused, in like new condition, and repackaged securely in the original packaging.
