We aim to deliver all in-stock products directly to customers within 3-5 business days, and for any bespoke products, the delivery time will be determined on a per-job basis.

Our shipping couriers aim to deliver during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and any weekend deliveries can be arranged by contacting Whiteboard.com directly. Any large, oversized shipments will be shipped via LTL.  

Business Days include Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed same day, and any orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be processed next day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed next business day.

Whiteboard.com works with different couriers and carriers to offer the best possible rates across Canada and the continental United States.

Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the order, not the value of the goods. We constantly monitor our shipping methods to offer the best service and pricing available.

Depending on delivery location, size of delivery or delivery requiring special handling (such as glass or large furniture) may require an extended delivery date, and could incur an additional delivery charge, which will be agreed upon with the customer before shipping.

Whiteboard.com is not responsible for products shipped to the wrong address if that address is the one provided by the customer.
