Our shipping couriers aim to deliver during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and any weekend deliveries can be arranged by contacting Whiteboard.com directly. Any large, oversized shipments will be shipped via LTL.
Business Days include Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed same day, and any orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be processed next day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed next business day.

Depending on delivery location, size of delivery or delivery requiring special handling (such as glass or large furniture) may require an extended delivery date, and could incur an additional delivery charge, which will be agreed upon with the customer before shipping.
