Items that have arrived damaged or are unwanted items that are not damaged will be reviewed for return at the discretion of Whiteboard.com and may not be returned without prior written consent. All such returns will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking and collection fee.
To be eligible for a return credit, all items must be in pristine condition and in original packaging and Whiteboard.com must be notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Items that are ordered as bespoke items or made to order items, are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstance.
If you wish to coordinate a return of an item yourself, email [email protected] and we will provide the return address. Please do not attempt to return an item without first contacting us directly, as we have various stock locations. Please ensure to obtain relevant insurance on the item, as we can only issue a credit on undamaged items. Whiteboard.com accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to products in transit where Whiteboard.com has not provided the returns service.
Damages and Defects
Products that arrive damaged due to courier or carrier mishandling will be replaced, provided that the damage or defect is reported to Whiteboard.com within 72 hours of receipt.
We require photographic evidence of the damage or defected products emailed to us at [email protected]. Our customer service team will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective products at a time separate to your re-delivery unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
All return credits will be processed within 30 days of receiving the items to its warehouse. To be eligible for a return credit, all items must be unused, in like new condition, and repackaged securely in the original packaging.
If the Customer cancels any order before its completion, the Customer shall immediately thereupon become liable to pay Whiteboard.com a sum equal to the cost of the labour, materials and overheads expended in the execution of the said order up to and including the date of the receipt of such cancellation plus the profit amount which would have otherwise been made had the cancellation not occurred.
